How much is shipping?
That depends on the size of the package, weight and your location. The final cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
(Unless we have a deal going on)

This offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. 

No coupon code necessary - offer automatically applied at checkout if order is over $100 after applied discounts and taxes.

Shipping for all orders under $100 in the United States will be calculated at checkout.

 

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after processing, unless you paid for expedited shipping. Processing takes 1-3 days after your order has been placed. 

If there is any significant delays in your package, then we will reach out to you personally about it. 

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping in the continental U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days.

If you live near Los Angeles, your shipping time will be drastically reduced. 

Note: Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to all US States. 

We will be working on how to successfully ship items to more countries and territories. 

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

USPS is the main shipping carrier unless another one has a cheaper deal.

 

Do you offer rush shipping?

We currently offer two different options for shipping; standard and expedited. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days after the order is processed, and expedited shipping is 2-3 business days after the order is processed.

 

Will I receive shipping confirmation and tracking information?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

 

What is your return policy?

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?

Lilac Skies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
