Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means if 7 days have gone by since you made your purchase then we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original condition and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email info@thelilacskies.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note - You (the customer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs when it comes to returning the item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.


Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, then you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as beauty products and skincarePlease email innfo@thelilacskies.com and reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. The exchange is subject to availability - if there is no stock available on the item you would like to exchange then you will be issued a refund.

Please email innfo@thelilacskies.com to start the process for an exchange. We will issue you a return shipping label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping

Unless otherwise mentioned, you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We encourage the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance on your item. We (the company) are not held liable for any item that we do not receive and cannot guarantee that you will be issued a refund if the item is not received.
